John Travolta and Kelly Preston married in 1992. He had proposed at the Palace Hotel restaurant in Gstaad, Switzerland, the day before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
They welcomed three children: son Jett, daughter Ella Bleu, and a second son, Benjamin. Jett tragically passed away in 2009, aged 16. Kelly Preston was later diagnosed with breast cancer. In July 2020, she passed away, aged 57.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The family representative added, \u201cShe was a bright, beautiful, and loving soul who cared deeply about others and who brought life to everything she touched. Her family asks for your understanding of their need for privacy at this time.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
John Travolta shared the devastating news on Instagram, thanking the ones in charge of her treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cMy family and I will forever be grateful to her doctors and nurses at MD Anderson Cancer Center, all the medical centers that have helped, as well as her many friends and loved ones who have been by her side. Kelly\u2019s love and life will always be remembered.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
