Carol Vorderman revealed that she refuses to let doctors disclose her weight during medical checkups.
She also shared insights into her diet, admitting that she doesn’t cook at home and enjoys eating her favorite foods like pasta, fish, and chips
In addition to consuming a lot of healthy vegetables, the 62-year-old also indulges in low-calorie snacks.
During the Table Manners podcast, Carol shared the contents of her fridge with hosts Jessie and Lennie Ware. She said: “Lots of vegetables, a bit of coleslaw, fish, turmeric shots, which I love, fruit, Greek yoghurt, cottage cheese. If I go and stay in other people’s houses, I’m always amazed at what they’ve got in the fridge. But I don’t cook at home now you see.”
She continued: “When I go out, I’ll eat what I want. I don’t feel in denial at all. So, when I go out, I’ll have what I like. Good pasta I love. I don’t like sloppy pasta. I love butter. I love fish and chips, nice fish and chips, I don’t like French fries – proper old-fashioned big chips.”
